Gillian Ireland is the proud owner of Chandler Men’s Salon, a Santa Barbara institution she’s nurtured for 13 years. Originally nestled in the funk zone, Chandler found its new home at the Sevilla Suites a decade ago under Gillian’s leadership.
A country girl at heart, Gillian finds solace riding her horse Rudy on ranches and cherishing moments with her loyal companion, Tuff.
Specializing in men’s classic cuts, natural grey coverage color, and meticulous waxing services, Gillian brings a unique touch to her craft. As a woman run business in Santa Barbara, she takes immense pride in offering men a truly exceptional experience at Chandler Men’s Salon.
Kaity Swanson
Kaity Swanson (Manager), is a Santa Barbara native and a seasoned Men’s Hair Stylist with 10+ years of experience managing at Chandler Men’s Salon.
Specializing in classic cuts, medium to long hair, curly hair, natural grey coverage, facials, and waxing, Kaity’s expertise extends beyond the salon chair.
With 17 years in the service industry, including management roles at local favorites like Chucks Steakhouse & The Endless Summer and La Cumbre Country Club, she brings a unique blend of skill and hospitality to every client interaction.
Kaity’s genuine care for customer service ensures every man leaves feeling and looking their best. Don’t miss out on her legendary scalp massage!
Jackie Aldridge
Jackie Aldridge is a seasoned barber and stylist with 29 years of experience.
Jackie has an extensive background in education, having taught at Paul Mitchell for 12 years and at Lu Ross for 3 years. For the past 7 years, she has been a valued member of the Chandler team.
Five years ago, Jackie fulfilled a dream by opening her own barber shop in The Collection at RiverPark in Oxnard. She specializes in all types of haircuts, straight razor shaves, and beard grooming. Renowned for her expertise with hair color, Jackie is often described as a magician with dye.
Her dedication to her craft and her clients shines through, particularly with her beloved Santa Barbara clients. Jackie remains with Chandler because it feels like home to her.
Lauren Rundquist
Lauren Rundquist has been a licensed barber since 2011. She loves making guys look their absolute best. She pays special attention to detail and believes every haircut is truly a work of art.
She specializes in traditional men’s haircuts, fades, the classic “SB surfer style“ and kids cuts. She was born in the bay area and moved to Santa Barbara in 2007 and feels extremely lucky to call SB her home.
Jessi Taylor
Jessi has over 20 years of experience in the spa and salon industry, specializing in skin care, massage, and has a decade of expertise in hair.
As an artist, Jessi views each haircut or color treatment as a piece of art. She has trained under well-known industry professionals and has worked at notable establishments like Reds and Darin John.
Jessi is passionate about making people feel good, which is what inspired her career in this field. She loves her three kids and prides herself on exceptional customer service, a skill honed through her experience in restaurant bartending and management.
Jessi specializes in men’s classic, trendy, and edgy haircuts and color, as well as women’s cuts and highlights.
